The firm

Advice that is never conflicted by the product being sold.

We accept no retrocessions, trail commissions or rebates from third-party managers. Any such payment received is credited back to the client in full. That commitment is contractual, audited annually, and the reason our clients can take our recommendation at face value.

Every private commitment — whether USD 2m or USD 200m — passes the same Investment Committee standard, with a written investment memorandum and a documented, minuted decision. We co-invest our own capital alongside our clients in every proprietary vehicle, and our carried interest crystallises only on realisation.

Six divisions. One mandate.

Investment, structure, governance and succession under a single relationship — because separating them is how families lose capital between advisers.

Group structure

Three firms. One standard. Separate balance sheets.

Veraxis Capital Limited is an independent member firm of Axys Group Holdings Limited, alongside its sister companies Axys Capital Ltd in the DIFC and Star Associate Finance Company Limited in India. Each firm is separately incorporated, separately capitalised and separately regulated, with its own board, its own permissions and its own client agreements.

Where Axys Capital is built around public markets, institutional mandates and discretionary portfolios, Veraxis is built around the private side of the balance sheet. Star Associate Finance carries the same public-markets mandate as Axys Capital inside India, domestically regulated and serving the group’s India corridor. The mandates are deliberately non-overlapping. Where the member firms co-operate, they do so under written intra-group agreements on arm’s-length terms, disclosed as related-party arrangements.

Insights

Research and market views.

All insights

The liquidity decade: GCC family businesses and the succession window

An estimated USD 1tn in regional family-business value will change hands within a generation. We examine why the structuring decision matters more than the allocation decision.

Underwriting venture at private scale: what institutional diligence actually costs

A candid account of the diligence economics behind small-ticket direct investment, and why most private allocators quietly skip the work.

Private credit after the repricing: where the risk premium is real

Spread compression has not been uniform. We separate the segments still paying for illiquidity from those no longer doing so.

New relationships begin with a conversation, not a pitch.

We will tell you plainly if your mandate is better served elsewhere — including by one of our sister firms.
